BRIDGE CUTTERS
The factory has 5 automatic bridge cutters, able to cut and process large quantities of material, as well as to work in different project simultaneously.
CNC CUTTERS
The factory has 3 recently acquired high precision CNC machines, that work with 5 axis, with them we can cut, carve, engrave and finish the most extraordinary and unimaginable pieces made with natural stone. Al having different height in the Z axis, we are able to process all kinds of carved pieces in shapes and sizes.
WATER JET
One of the most precise cutting machines for stone. Our water jet machine allows us to fabbricate even the smallest pieces for producing inlays, as well as cutting different forms and special pieces in the most precise way.
POLISHING LINE
Our polishing line allows to not only polish but also rectify the ottone thickness of the stone, guaranteeing a perfect finish and thickness. Providing us with the possibility to complete large quantities of finished tiles for large projects.
EDGE POLISH MACHINE
The edge polishing machine provides us with the capacity of fulfilling large quantities of finished pieces, for large projects that require finished edges, from straight edges to bullnose, from staircases to countertops.
HAND POLISHING MACHINE
The hand polishing machine is the representation of craftsmanship. It is used to polish or finish any panel that can only be hand made. A high level of craftsmanship is required to achieve a perfect and made polish.
DRY LAY AREA
In our factory we have a large area, dedicated to dry lay, this way it is possibile to offer a dry set service and have a higher quality control of the material produced before shipping, it allows us to photograph and provide pictures of the material fabricated before producing.
More than four generations dedicated to marble and 15 years of history creating the Estudio Arqué project. The "laboratory" is the heart where everything is born. The passion for marble, the love for precision, the patience that creates perfect finishes. No secret, just endless hours of work to create what exists today in the Massa Carrara facilities and that allows architects and clients to bring to life their stone ideas.
